The publisher of the website reserves the right to adapt or modify these T&Cs at any time. In case of modification, the T&Cs in force on the day of the order will apply to each order.

  2. Product Availability Our product offers are available within the limits of available stocks. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

  3. Prices The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.

  4. Order You can place orders on the Internet through www.smousseball.com. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when you validate your order.

  5. Validation When you click the "Validate" button after the order process, you declare that you accept it as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.

  6. Payment Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through the secure Shopify system.

  7. Delivery The products are stored in China and delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. The indicated delivery times are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times (2/3 weeks).

  8. Return / Exchange If the product delivered does not correspond to the customer's order, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange or a refund.

  9. Liability The liability of Smousse Ball cannot be engaged in case of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the buyer, a case of force majeure, disruption, or partial or total strike, including postal services, means of transport, and/or communications.

  10. Intellectual Property All texts, comments, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website www.smousseball.com are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized, subject to provisions.
