Some carriers took it upon themselves to vacuum-pack the Smousse Balls despite being forbidden from doing so. This allowed them to save space in their trucks, etc.
Unfortunately, this impacts some customers and Smousse Ball is sincerely sorry for this.
If a ball was received vacuum-packed, it is imperative to take it out of its transparent packaging. It is also preferable to remove it from its black Smousse Ball packaging.
Then press lightly on the ball so that the foam expands, and let the Smousse Ball regain its shape. It should become perfectly round again within 2 to 4 days.
Smousse Ball apologizes for this incident, which is highly unusual and beyond our control.
